Jenny Hughes and Wyatt

Wyatt is the youngster in the Penny's From Heaven Foundation's Therapy Dog Program at just one year! But he is perfection. Who doesn't love a golden retriever and this one is certainly no exception. Wyatt, with his loving and laid back disposition, calms and comforts mentally challenged dental patients in the waiting room at a dental office in San Antonio. The patients love Wyatt as he carries his 'prop' toothbrush from patient to patient promoting good dental hygiene.

Wyatt adores children and will be working at the Children's Bereavement Center and at Vitas Hospice soon with his owner/handler Jenny Hughes. Together they are unstoppable!

Therapy dog "Wyatt" and owner Jenny Hughes will accompany Executive Director Patsy Swendson to Cody Library to discuss the challenges facing kids of wounded soldiers, overcoming shyness and fear of reading by having a dog present. A picture is worth a thousand words! Wyatt's favorite - Winnie-the-Pooh!

Wyatt is a therapy dog for Penny's From Heaven Foundation.
Wyatt has a deep respect and appreciation for America's heroes of war. Dressed for the occasion, Wyatt participated in the Fourth of July celebration at Brooke Army Medical Center's Fisher House for the wounded soldiers and their families.
