Angela Conrad and Lottie

Angela, Lottie’s handler, has been a veterinary technician at Town North Animal Hospital in San Antonio for six years. She is acting secretary of the Penny’s From Heaven Foundation. Lottie is owned by veterinarian, Dr. Tim Lord and his wife. Lottie works primarily at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Institute of San Antonio and The Fisher House. She appears to almost smile from the inside out, as she and Angela work with individual patients as a nearly perfect pet therapy team.
